Mandt training is a comprehensive approach designed to teach caregivers, educators, and human services professionals' strategies for preventing, de-escalating, and safely responding to challenging behaviors. The focus is on building healthy relationships, promoting safety, and ensuring dignity and respect for everyone involved, emphasizing proactive and non-physical interventions whenever possible.
Important:
This is a two-day consecutive training. Day 1: Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Day 2: Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
